I was promised discounted membership of caravan club but never received any information despite reminders. Also I would like the opportunity to seek cover for a higher annual mileage limit
The real downside is the excessive cost for minor policy changes mid premium which is frustrating as flexibility is really important to customers
I would appreciate feedback and action where appropriate from this review
