“I was promised discounted membership of caravan club but never received any information despite reminders. Also I would like the opportunity to seek cover for a higher annual mileage limit The real downside is the excessive cost for minor policy changes mid premium which is frustrating as flexibility is really important to customers I would appreciate feedback and action where appropriate from this review Regards”

“Took advice from Which Holiday? But got caught with the credit card surcharge. I missed this and would have liked the opportunity to amend my application to use a debit card!”
