I found the meeting place described at LHR a bit fuzzy. Saying in front of "Costa Coffee" when it is right at the exit, implies the driver will be there with his sign like everyone else. I waited 30 minutes, as dd he because of this misunderstanding. Nonetheless, we found each other on time exactly as we had stated because our flight was early. He had been waiting for us early due to this . Anyway,the driver was rather grumpy about it. I was not impressed. Otherwise everything went extremely well.

Spacious car enough for those who travel from and to the long-haul destinations as they may have larger luggage than another

excellent service, i had used 247 airport transfers for both pick and drop to London Heathrow....and i would certainly recommend them to everyone who travels to London and is looking for a cab provider which offers good service and affordable price.

The first driver going to gatwick was extremely nice and polite. Good social skills. On our return from gatwick to heathrow the driver's social skills could improve much more. It is not dangerous to give the client a smile and say thank you. Cars were nice and tidy on both occasions.

I had to pay parking for 6? because my driver said he was waiting for more than 30mins when you supposedly say drivers got to wait 30 mins for free after the time client states for pick up and when you had already charged me the parking fee in my bill that I paid online.\n\nI requested pick up time at 9:30am and met with my driver 10:00ish\n\nMy flight arrived late and I called your service number to inform.\n\nNon the less he shouldn't had charged my complete 6? parking when first 1/2hr was supposed to be included in your fee.\n\nGood thing he returned me the money before dropping me off, but I think all your drivers should be well trained before starting to work with you. \n\nThis driver in particular said he was "new" so he didnt knew.\n

Incompatibility with Internet Explorer to make online bookings is frustrating but apart from that it's an excellent service (and the people who man the phones are super friendly and helpful)

Good service overall mainly thanks to the drivers who give credit to the company. As usual, the office support (coordination and communication) could be improved.\nThe online booking procedure is still not straight forward and it remains impossible to log in from the iPad.

In the pricing accuracy. You give a price, we pay another price, and the invoice is another price. This occurs 2 times.\nThe difference is not a problem, but it gives a bad impression

I have had a couple of problems with the mobile application, making a complete booking through it and no receiving an email, thinking that the car was booked when it was not, and affecting my journey in the last minute.\n\nAlso, I would suggest to review the paypal link on the mobile application, I always have problems with it and have to pay by cash. Is is possible to pay by card through the mobile app?\n\nEven with this issues I am quite satisfied with your service and always choose your company when I have a trip.\n\n

with a lot of luggage, we ordered an estate car, the driver parked the car on the street and only backwards in front to the house entrance after we asked him...

Quite happy with the service and order procedure (but problems logging on from iPad). It would be great to do be able to book from a mobile device.\nCommunication from office could be better as it should be easy to inform client is driver is late.

Driver had to wait longer as there was a delay at the airport waiting for the luggage. He was patient and waited until I got out. It was good of him to wait.

Overall the service provided was very good. Other than the fact that the driver was not waiting for me when I arrived at LCY my recent service went well.
