“i think the link system to pay by credit card needs to be looked at , as when you click on the link it does work. and as i have never used your company before i think you should make customers aware that when then give a contatct number it is so the driver can tell the customer where he is, i gave my home number and of course there was no at home so didnt recieve it. but apart from that it was a good service”

“So far so Good. Just want to say due to traffic it took almost 2 hours to reach our hotel if there is any provision advance update or alternative routes which will save some time will be appricated.\n”

“The driver who fetched me initially from Heathrow was ver iritable because I was late due to slow passport control - an hour and a half - cleary not my fault - he made me pay for waitig time and parking and was disscoureous. The driver who fetched me on my departure was excellent”

“Overall good service, reasonably priced. Used the service on 3 legs of my recent trip to UK. On one leg I booked 2 cars to accommodate the group I traveled with. One of the cars was 1/2 hour late.\n\n***”

“Taxi driver was a good 15 min early, I had to take out some trash and he waited for me the time he was early ( I was moving countries). He was really nice and helpful, however he drove in constant speed-break which caused some nausea (I get motion sick quite easily). But I think overall, it was a good service and it was reasonably priced. They called the day before to make sure the reservation was still on and if I needed anything extra (which I did need an extra bag, so that was great).”

“The driver we had from Heathrow was quite scary. He did not speak one word to us, drove very fast and was weaving in and out of lanes. We were quite nervous with him.\n\nOur return driver to Heathrow was lovely. He was very conversational, friendly, and drove in a much more acceptable manner to us.”

“Very good price for Gatwick transfer. Confirmation by email and text made the booking process easy. Drivers route to Gatwick faster than some other companies I have used so far. Much less hassle than going by train so will definitely be using again.”
