“Some things could be improved:\n- website login was not available on the weekend and I didn't get a reply on the chat \n- when I choose to receive an invoice and enter all details I never actually get an invoice\n- even though sms contact is requested one still gets only an e-mail that the driver has arrived”

“We did not get the name of our driver, jet lagged from our flight but later wished we had so that we could have contacted 247 with how highly we thought of him. He dropped us off at our home, later returned with my husband's bumbag which was found in the back seat of the car. How is that for five star treatment? \n Since our daughter found this company, we use no other. I do not think we have ever had better transport. \n247 really is a great company! And many thanks to the terrific driver who took us from Heathrow to London SE1 on 14/01/2015. He's a gem.”

“I loved the early morning tour of the central London that the driver gave to me on the way to Heathrow! The drivers are nice modest men. \n\nI think the company should invest into English language lessons for their drivers. I am not saying their English is bad or not enough to interact with a customer. I mean that they deserve this kind of help to aid their faster integration into UK society.\n\nThank you!”
