“I contacted 1st Choice with a long standing issue that was causing both myself and my wife great concern relating to an incorrect address and seeming credit default. Kim Lonsdale handled the whole issue calmly and professionally and even called me back the following day with the explanation and solution. A rare experience in todays somewhat impersonal world.
