“Thank goodness for Mercia, she was so helpful and put our minds at rest with regard to our estate. We have been thinking about a will change, but never got round to it. Mercia also helped us with property protection, which we are very pleased about as neither of us knew about this. A really lovely lady who we felt very comfortable with and so glad she was the one we dealt with, thank you”
