“I was contacted by Sara who introduced herself and briefly explained who First Line Funeral Care are. Sara was polite and clear in giving the reasons and information of why she was contacting me and how she could help save me money on taking out a funeral plan with Golden Leaves. Sara was customer focus on giving me the best policy possible to suit my needs and budgeting my monthly payments throughout her call. Sara answered all my question she was knowledgeable, precise and a efficient advisor she explained every step and reiterated the whole policy to make sure I understood that the policy was what I wanted. Excellent customers service.”
