“Kerry was kind, courteous and gave us all the information we needed. Even though the process was interrupted by a routine pacemaker replacement for my husband which was delayed because of the doctors strikes she kept in touch to check how we were but left us to decide when to complete the process. We appreciated her kindness and her patience at a difficult time for us! Brilliant service, thank you.”
