This was a gift for a neighbour of my Mum's. She was absolutely delighted and said everything was of great quality. I was very impressed by the ease of ordering and the speed of delivery - plus the communication was great.

Recently had an issue with one of my xmas hamper orders that had unfortunately too many items substituted. Understandably this was due to the order being last minute and some items now being out of stock; however I felt that the number of substitutes changed the overall hamper type. Jamie resolved the issue promptly by replacing the whole hamper for free (albeit now after xmas). Recipient of the gift hamper was happy, I was happy. Great value hampers and prompt customer service. Thanks, will definitely continue purchasing.

Put together quickly and the recipients liked it. I would have liked notification however of when was sent and delivered, I had to check with the recipients if the gift was received which wasn't ideal.

I have communicated with the proposed recipient who has told me that they still have not received the hamper that I bought from you. This is inspite of your continued insistence that you have delivered. I now need unequivocal proof of delivery or a refund
