“I order a hamper from Australia for my parents in the UK. Delivery was prompt but there was an issue with the order. I contacted customer service who investigated and rectified the issue very quickly. Excellent customer service from James C, excellent hamper and two very happy parents. Will use again.”

“Pleased with hamper, was a Chritmas present for our daughter who is currently living in the UK. Easily able to navigate ordering. Deivered earlier than stated by a few days, though at least in time for Christmas. Was supposed to be delivered on 23 December, but delivered on 19th. This seemed to be rhe norm in UK as other parcels ordered were also delivered early. Overall very happy.”

“As an overseas order I didn't see the hamper, but the recipient thanked me for present. It did arrive 4 days earlier than requested so luckily the person had returned from holiday. I do understand Christmas is a busy time for your company. Thank you”
