“I have been using 123 Flowers for four years now to send arrangements to my friends in the UK. There has never been a delivery issue but one bouquet was not up to snuff it was nothing like I had ordered and had very few stems of flowers even though I had paid for a larger bunch. All other times were fine however even though the arrangements can vary greatly from your choice on the website.”

“I ordered some flowers for my cousin's birthday which didn't arrive - I was really disappointed for her but began to question what had happened. The payment wasn't on my bank statement so I checked my web browser and though I must have gone through every step up to the payment screen, I must have not realised when the green tick comes up, that I still had to hit the button marked confirm and pay, so I exited the website without making this last crucial step. I wonder if others have done this too? Perhaps there is a way to make this much more obvious on the payment page? many thanks”

“Flowers arrived on the day I selected, I would have given 5stars but I received NO delivery updates, as it was a surprise for my wife I started to get concerned. When they arrived out of the blue, flowers were packed well a lovely bouquet and really came to life when exposed to daylight and water .”

“Easy to choose, simple selection, next day delivery until 10pm, tracking option.. slight delay with creating a password but added a special character and then it was accepted.”
