“Paid extra for their largest bouquet which arrived half dead/drooping and heads snapped off. Even if their were fresh, they looked NOTHING like the image on the website. Under consumer rights, you're entitled to a full refund so I've emailed stating this is what I'm wanting. If I have no response by the end of the week or they reply stating I will not be refunded, I will be pursuing this further to trading standards and BBC XRAY”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service and even worse flowers. £34 for a large bouquet that was nothing more than grass and dead roses. Would not refund my money that shouldn’t be allowed to scam people like this”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Honestly the worst flowers I have ever seen. Ordered for my mum for Mother’s Day and I payed extra for a bigger bouquet. She received a bunch of flowers that you could get from a petrol station. I emailed them and they would not help in the slightest. Terrible customer service”

“Ordered a medium bouquet for Mother's day. Arrived on time. However the bouquet was dreadful. Wilting, small and dying in less than 24 hours. Contacted customer service, offered to resend but would not arrive in the time for mother's Day. The bouquet was certainly not worth £30. Extremely disappointed.”
