“I ordered flowers on Sunday 24th January to be delivered to my friend who has been unwell on Tuesday 26th of January. On receiving the flowers in the morning she opened the box to find them at a number if the flower heads had dropped off. She decided that she would just put the rest of the flowers in water as there were still enough left and she didn’t want me to feel bad. As the day went on the remains flowers started to wilt and several more heads fell off. I sent an email that afternoon to let you know that I was very unhappy with flowers and I got an email back with a ticket number for my complaint and a request to send pictures of flowers which I did, several times since then with no further response. Instead of flowers cheering my friend up they’ve done the exact opposite as she feels bad that I’d spent money on such poor quality flowers. I’m disgusted at the poor customer service and also that they think it’s acceptable to just ignore my complaint and not make any effort to rectify things. I would not recommend anyone to use this company, save your money and spend it on flowers from a reputable online florist. Louise Thomas, From Ayrshire m, Scotland”

“Kept informed at all times - even down to a delivery time. Really good price -these flowers weren't for me but I was told they were beautiful and smelled gorgeous - Roses & Daisies I believe. I will use this service again. Thanks.”
