“Absolutely horrendous! Stay well away! Flowers I bought for £30 looked like a £5 bunch from supermarket, literally dying when arrived, lasted 4 days all together. Would not refund, offered £10 voucher, I would not even give this company 1 star if I could!”

“I ordered flowers for my 20th wedding anniversary. This is what I had to give to my wife as a no show on the flowers. No sympathy from 123 flowers either. I won’t be using 123 flowers again.”

“Terrible customer service and delayed delivery. They claim to have the next day delivery, but that is simply not true.”
