“My beautiful flowers arrived perfectly packaged and with information about how to care for them. I loved all the extra touches and care given and it certainly works as they’re still looking fresh a fortnight after I received them. I will always use 123 Flowers from now on when ordering flowers online.”

“Ordered a potted rose as a valentines day gift, paid £30for what would probably cost £5 from the supermarket, arrived a day late and was broken, sent numerous emails but no reply avoid at all costs”

“Customer service was horrendous. They told me my order was not held by them then after I had ordered with a reputable company, they decided it was held and could not be cancelled. I was ignored for many hours on email whilst trying to resolve this issue. Absolute shambles of a company.”

“I ordered from the US and wasn't sure what to expect but, I got a message from my friend in England who I sent the rose plant, wine and candle to and it really made her day. The delivery was prompt and the plant beautiful. Thank you so much! I will order from you again for sure.”
