“If you are also enclosing a box of whatever with flowers through Royal Mail you must ensure that customer is in otherwise if box doesn’t go in letterbox PO won’t deliver and flowers are held for collection!!!! Can result in flower deterioration before collection as PO don’t water them? Otherwise fine thanks!”

“The flowers were lovely, but the vase was too small to hold the whole bunch, had to improvise. May be state the vase size when selling. As the flowers were sent else where, don't have photo to submit. This is information passed to me by the receiver.”

“I do think it would of been nice to he told they were delivered or were out for delivery. I had no correspondence after paying for flowers. On the plus side my nan was over the moon with them so thank you x”

“Easy to order Mother's day flowers for delivery as we are unable to deliver these in person at the moment. I felt the flowers were a fair price and really pleased with notifications of each step especially time slot of delivery. Mother-in-law was very pleased with the flowers. I'm a very pleased customer and would definitely use them in the future.”

“I received a gift of the pretty in pink with card vase and it was lovely. Nicer when flowers fully bloomed. I decided to send some as a gift after having mine and the recipient loved them. Will definitely use 123 Flowers again.”
