“I have been using 123 Flowers for more than a couple of years now and have found them to be reliable and affordable. Free UK delivery is a bonus and despite much browsing on the internet I usually end up placing my order with 123.”

“After a failed delivery for my daughters 50th birthday I was told I had given an incomplete address which I hadn't however after a chat with juliana all was resolved and the flowers etc. were re sent to her work albeit 4 days late she was delighted with the quality of the flowers etc. I have used 123 flowers several times in the past and will use again would definitely recomend”

“As we were in lockdown and my Mum lives in another city, I decided this year to order her some flowers online for delivery on mothers day. I decided on 123Flowers because they seemed to be the best value compared to the other online flower shops. My only gripe is that like all other online flower companies you tend to overpay for what you get... If you went to a shop or supermarket you would get much more for your money. I guess thats the trade off for the convenience of using this kind of service. Having said that I was happy with the service and the flowers arrived on what I imagine is one of the busiest days of the year for these kind of companies. No complaints from me then as the flowers arrived on my chosen day and my mum was delighted with them. So if you do need to use an online flower delivery service then I can happily recommend 123Flowers.”

“On confirmation of order it was stated that an email would be sent when flowers were sent. This didn't happen and so we missed delivery. Having said that flowers were lovely and arrived quickly.”

“Not given a five as the blurb said 123 flowers in the bouquet. This isn't true. That said they are beautiful and my daughter loved them I'll buy again but be honest about how many blooms are in the bouquet.”
