“I've used 123Flowers three times now and the flowers have been fresh every time. I would suggest perhaps putting in care instructions with the deliveries (I know they are on the website but the receiver won't necessarily know that and as the sender, you hardly want them to go and look up exactly how much you've spent on them!), especially for the plants.”

“Well, the reason for the poor score is I ordered flowers on the 07/02 for delivery on the 17/02 for my mother's birthday. The flowers are yet to arrive and I've been told by someone on the phone I can't get a refund as they are on there way. Now like I say I ordered 10 days prior to the day I wanted and yet still my mother was without a present in these utter rubbish times with no one able to visit. I mean what good is a birthday present two by tomorrow 3 days late? Plus after 3 days in cargo in what state will they arrive? I would like someone to call me and sort a refund thank you very much.”

“I had 2 separate orders one to Southampton and one to Scotland they both arrived on time and looked absolutely beautiful from the photos I received. Both recipients were over the moon so thankyou very much it was very much appreciated.”
