“Flowers ordered on the 2nd March for the 12th March , so far nothing has arrived and besides a Birthday being spoiled I'm down on my money . First time : never again !!”

“I would never use this company again. I spend over £35 on what I was told was a large bunch and got a pitiful posy of flowers and some greenery. What a scam!!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would.”

“The Box of iced 'Mothers Day' Biscuits was delivered as promised and well received. I bought them as an additional Mothers Day gift. Mum says they tasted good! The only negative is that besides the Mothers day related messages, the box contained a biscuit that also had 'Be my Valentine' in the box , which Mum found quite amusing, but obviously this was not a valentine box, so a naughty valentine biscuit was added to make up the box, so you missed a 5 star. Otherwise happy!”

“Have sent my mum flowers twice now as I’m unable to see her due to lockdown restrictions. She has loved them and commented especially on how vibrant the flowers are and how long they have lasted. Efficient delivery service too, always delivered on time. Will definitely use 123 Flowers again.”

“Beautiful flowers. I made mistake with the delivery date and was relieved when they changed it with no fuss at all. Flowers arrived on time and in pristine condition. Will certainly use again.”

“Mothers Day was ruined by a late delivery, I picked Saturday to ensure they would arrive, but they have still not arrived. Customer service were eventually (after 2hours of waiting) really good and refunded, but too late for my Mums gift. Have been promised a £15 credit, but to be honest, probably will not use again.”

“Ordered for my mum for Mother’s Day and were received within the time scale that was indicated. Beautiful flowers with plenty in the bouquet. My mum loved them and sent me a picture. Very good value for money.”
