“I ordered flowers for my best friend as I can’t see her through lockdown to celebrate her amazing life changing news of gaining a job as a paramedic. She has never received flowers as a delivery before and so I thought it would be special and help her see how proud I am. To my absolute embarrassment and utter disappointment the flowers looked disappointing on arrival and dead the next day. Bless her she had to courage to tell me as she said it wasn’t fair I had paid out on them for this to happen and she was the one who kept apologising to me. It’s upset me a lot. I sent many emails to complain with photos and in the end got through in the chat feature online where the agent offered no apology and offered to resend. Please do not risk using this company for flower delivery. The quality is terrible and the service is shocking.”

“The flowers did arrive on time, however, they were for my sisters anniversary, and she sent a photo of them in the vase. They didn't look like the bouquet in the picture online. THe roses online were purple and the ones that arrived were white, and also she said the edges were brown and felt very papery. The carnations were also a different colour, and one of them had a broken stem. I did send some to a friend back in November from you, and she said they were fine.”
