“I bought them as a surprise for my sister. They arrived the next day, very well packed. I bought the pink range, my sister was very pleased and she said there was a voucher inside so she may use it to surprise her friend.”

“Firstly, if you click on the sad face in the "how did we do" email it does not link to a feedback page! Secondly, the flowers arrived late and looked as though they had been caught by frost, I sent an email with photos to 123 flowers and got a receipt but no one replied. Two days later the flowers looked very sad and the leaves were falling off, I sent another email, including photos but still had no communication from them. Meanwhile the flowers I sent to my mum from Flying Flowers lasted for ages, so I guess that is where I shall shop in future. If 123 flowers treat all of their customers like this, they may not be aroung for long. My advice, shop elsewhere.”
