“Lovely bouquets at good prices. Easy to order. Sent to a friend, arrived next day, she said they were beautiful. Would be nice to receive an email when flowers have been delivered. Overall very pleased. Will use again 😊”

“I ordered flowers last Wednesday and chose Monday 18th January as delivery date this is because it was my friends birthday she has had a really bad time and goes in to hospital early on 19 January so I obviously wanted her to have them on her birthday before she went in. What is the point in offering specific delivery dates if it means nothing? There are so many companies I could have used who would have guaranteed a date. When I got the email to say they would be delivered on Tuesday I emailed you this morning to ask for the order to be cancelled and requested a full refund but have had no response.”
