“No response from this company phone lines are available auto response saying an agent will look into it .....but no delivery no flowers I want my money back....am fuming 😤.....as the flowers were for my sisters birthday”

“Next day delivery but how about no delivery or update? No response to emails or messenger all automated robots. Phone number doesn’t work either. Don’t use this company. Wanting a refund so I can order from somewhere reliable but no response to that either so looking like getting my back involved”

“I bought a plant for a friend as a thank you for helping my daughter and it arrived half dead. I was told flowers and plants are sent out fresh, but clearly that was not the case. The friend didn’t want to hurt my feelings or cause any trouble, so she didn’t tell me. Since I found out and complained more than 7 days after she received it, the company refuse to send a fresh one. I won’t buy from this site in the future as the quality is substandard 😑”

“Absolute garbage. Living in Australia I thought the company looked reliable and value for money. When your 86 year old mother is apologising because of the shocking quality of the flowers NOT WHAT I HAD IN MIND. After providing photos they now require a birds eye photo, try explaining that to a 86 year old who has thrown most of the flowers in the bin. So so disappointed a xmas gift never to forget.”
