“A nightmare site. Should have taken me a few minutes, but took considerably longer. Pralines, at £4.99, kept being added to my order and I kept restarting the whole process to get rid of them. I had to click the arrow to physically go down list and remove them. Shame on you, if you do this deliberately to get a further sale, hoping customers won't notice.”

“After seeing photos of their "medium" bouquet online, my wife ordered a "large" bouquet as a Thank You gift. The "medium" bouquet advertised in photos on their site was huge and had around 14 stems. The "large" bouquet the person received was measly and only had around 6-7 stems from what I can see in her photos. So all this is clearly false advertising! Complained to the customer service - their only answer was - as your wife placed the order, we don't care what you say and won't even talk to you... Asked for this matter to be escalated up the chain or given details how I can escalate it - both requests declined by same customer service representative. So now reported them to Citizens Advice, who in turn will contact Trading Standards! By the number of 1star reviews they have - they clearly don't care about customers. If the scammed you as well - don't be silent, prevent others being scammed and send evidence to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards so they are forced either to stop this fraud or stop business altogether! P.s this is a copy from another review site as I did not want to write the same long thing again. P.s. 1 photo is of "medium" advertised bqt, the other one is the "large" one recieved.”

It is very disappointing to hear that the bouquet your wife ordered was too small for the ‘large’ size she ordered, and the customer service refused to help. Due to GDPR, we can only discuss this order with the recipient or customer on the account. I am very sorry for this.
