“My first bouquet looked tired, I contacted 123 Flowers and heir response was superb. They immediately sent a new bouquet and gave a gift voucher for the inconvenience. Problems happen from time to time but how a company reacts is very telling. 123 Flowers excelled and I will definitely use them again”
