“I paid £23 for a bouquet to be delivered to my best friend who is suffering a lot with her family and her health. What actually turned up were flowers I could have brought from Aldi for £3.50! And the note I asked for was hand written on an A4 piece of paper!”

“unsure if the cake has a happy birthday or 50 on it as i did not take it out of the wrapping as my partners 50th birthday is on Sunday and I received the cake on weds but it arrived intact on the day it was said to arrive on so for prompt service and delivery I give them 5 stars”
