“Ordered roses and lilies in a large bouquet and received cheap carnations instead! Still not contacted me to resolve two days later. Avoid 123flowers and prestige flowers like the plague. Used both and totally disappointing!”

“During lockdown, I realise how much important is sending present for someone I care. But at same time choosing the correct company is also important because if the present (flower) is not beautiful enough, it is difficult to send our beautiful thought. I think this company and flower are beautiful enough for it, in my experience.”

“Overall, I was pleased with 123 Flowers. Price was reasonable and delivery was quick. Navigating the login page was not that straight forward. I couldn't progress on some parts but it was not easy to find out why. There were no hints or prompts to help. Hopefully, this is just a one off blip now account has been set up. Otherwise the experience was good. I can't comment on the quality of the flowers or who made the delivery as they were a gift.”

“These were sent to a very poorly friend who was over the moon with them. I'm told that the quality and freshness of the flowers was exceptional. Very quick delivery from point of order. I will order from 123 again. Prices were very realistic too compared to other companies.”
