“Very disappointed with bouquet ...nothing at all like the advertised bouquet ...sparse bunch of flowers which were sent to cheer up my sister in law and dine if buds were bent and drooping ready to snap off...you would get a bigger bunch of flowers from Aldi or Lidyl for £3.99 and better quality...I have alerted customer services but as yet heard nothing back”

“Absolutely PITIFUL! I ordered a £35 bouquet and upgraded to large for an additional £5, making this essentially, A £40 bouquet! 😳 I emailed regarding the DISAPPOINTING delivery and was told it was an error and a second delivery would be sent, which wasn't any better than the first! Please see attached photos.”
