“Easy to use website but communication and transparency to the customer could be improved. It’s unclear that some deliveries are by Royal Mail and are untracked. I didn’t receive any confirmation saying fliers had been despatched BUT they arrived on the correct day and the recipient was very happy - thank you.”

“I was looking to get some lovely hand tied flowers sent to my mum for Mother’s Day and I have to admit usually would buy through interflora but this time decided to choose a different online flower business to try out ..I looked at quite a few but was not that impressed with their flowers or their offers or service until I came across 123.flowers .com I was totally blown away with all their choices of flowers & gifts and have decided to try them out for the first time to send my mum a lovely hand tied box of flowers and a balloon for Mother’s Day ....such great value and so easy to order and what’s even more impressive is you can track your delivery .. Will definately be using 123.flowers .com again ..”
