“Floral bouquet order was made on the 9th of March for delivery on the 12th of March (day before Mother’s Day). Bouquet did not arrive and was advised that the courier had some issues after having to contact customer service. This completely ruined Mother’s Day! The offer of re-sending a bouquet for the 18th of March, when Mother’s Day had already past, is completely unacceptable! We will not be using this service again and will ensure to let family and friends know the appalling service provided.”
