“Everything was great, only improvement needed was that my note (a poem) was put in one paragraph, not divided by lines as I had written it, so it lost some of the effect. Simple thing to fix. Would use again :)”

“The flowers looked and smelled lovely. Only issue was with the delivery. Royal Mail didn’t leave a note and my friend had to chase them down the street to collect it.”

“The flowers arrived the next day even though I didn't expect them to and they look very nice! It would be good to know what the different sizes of bouquets actually mean before you buy them though. It's slightly guesswork as to how big the bouquet is going to be.”
