“When the scarf arrived it had conflicting information. Advertised as wool and silk, the scarf label said wool/cashmere though the packaging said wool/silk. When I queried this I received an email saying a "small batch" had been mislabelled by the manufacturer. Even if that's true (and it's the easiest excuse there is) it meant it was someone else's fault, not Scarf Room - so they didn't take responsibility. It also means poor quality control if they didn't notice the problem. And I wasn't offered a replacement or refund. A case of sorry but if you want us to do anything you're going to have to ask. Not impressed..”

“I bought two pasminas as I was unsure which colour would work best with my outfit. They arrived very quickly & having made my choice, I returned one of them & the refund confirmation came through within a couple of days. The pashminas are lovely quality & there's an amazing array of colours to choose from. Overall a great experience.”
