“I bought a beautiful mandarin red pashmina for my son's wedding. It is the perfect colour to go with my dress and the quality is excellent. It looks elegant and is beautifully made. The service from scarf room was superb. The pashmina is good value for money and it was beautifully packaged with a personal note which was a nice touch. It showed the company care about the service they offer. I would definitely order from them again!”

“I was having great difficulty in finding just the right colour to match my green dress for a recent wedding. I eventually found the Scarf Room on line and promptly ordered three different shades of green pashminas and, to my relief, found the perfect match. Delivery was very quick as was my refund when I returned the other two pashminas. Thank you Scarf Room!”

“Ordered a fascinator. Unfortunately it came with the incorrect head band. I telephoned the Scarf Room and they were very apologetic and said they would send the correct head band straight away. As promised they sent it first class and it arrived just in time. I always think that when mistakes are made, it's about how they are dealt with, and this company couldn't have done any more to rectify the mistake. Well done Scarf Room and thank you very much.”

“Bought the classic Italian pashmina, feels really soft and hangs nicely, very good value. Only criticism was the black label sewn into the seam of a cream pashmina, even when cut off the dark edge was still visible - a white label would have made more sense.”
