“I ordered 2 beautiful bronze lights for my garden cabin, one arrived damaged. When I contacted customer services by phone, I was talked through the returns process, and told that if I submitted the return immediately, a replacement would be sent out same day. Exactly this happened, excellent service, thank you Pooky”

“Fabulous selection of lampshades . The two shades I have bought are lovely but I didn’t appreciate that this types of shade had two seams ( it does say on the site ) and the affect of that on a lamp is unappealing . I’ve opened them and put them up so will have to keep them . Very pretty though .”

“Good quality lampshade for a small table lamp. Size is quite difficult to come across and fitted very well. Hand finish paint was very good and consistent across the shade. Packaging was well thought out and delivery very quick. Altogether a great shopping experience.”
