“Good product. But courier used delivered to the wrong address. It was only by sheer chance that I seen the delivery van going to a different premisis. People at the 'delivery point' actually told the driver it wasn't for them but dropped it and drove off.”

“This is the second time i've ordered and the service is excellent. The product range is also great and meets my needs. I no longer have several different padlocks and keys to match up when trying to access sheds or storage.”

“Got just what we needed and at a good price. We now have a weather resistant padlock for our garden gate which includes an effective alarm. We feel safer letting our kid play outside while we cook etc.”

“Would not recommend. Order placed on 28/01/2026 showing in stock(nothing to state there's a long lead time). Standard delivery 1-3 days chosen, I appreciate this excludes dispatch time. Order arrived 18/03/2026.. nearly 2 months later! Nothing on the website which states no stock, long lead time etc? I was emailed on 28/01, an hour after placing my order, that the company had no stock and they should be with me by next week... I was told that a few times before they eventualyl arrived. I do not believe it is good business to hide your stock numbers to ensure you get the sale on the basis that " we have 99% stock, next day dispatch".. only to be emailed that there is not stock. The customer should be told(usually via an online stock counter), before purchasing, that there is no stock.”

Thank you for your feedback, and we are genuinely sorry for the delay and frustration caused with your order. At the time your order was placed on 28/01/2026, the item needed to complete the order had to be sourced directly from the manufacturer. You were contacted shortly after placing the order to make you aware of this, and we did our best to keep you updated throughout the process. Unfortunately, due to recent system changes with our manufacturer outside of our control, there have been significant and unexpected delays affecting a number of items. This extended the original estimated lead time of approximately 4 weeks well beyond what we would normally expect, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been. We also want to clarify that we do not intentionally mislead customers regarding stock availability. In this case, we were unable to source the item from alternative suppliers, which contributed to the delay. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we offered a full cancellation and refund, which you kindly chose not to take. That said, we fully accept that the experience did not meet expectations, particularly in terms of delivery times and communication clarity. We are actively reviewing how stock availability and lead times are displayed to prevent situations like this in the future. We truly appreciate your patience while we worked to fulfil your order, and we’re sorry again that the service fell short on this occasion.
