“First of all the premium without the price of the go skippy was literally half so the premium they took was half the price of the van insurance.
Any changes made mid policy is £50 each change if you want to cancel it’s £75 regardless of why you want to change or cancel. I had a car accident to which go skippy declared my vehicle a write off salvage so I had no choice but to either cancel or change to another vehicle yet whilst the accident has happened they will still charge these premiums even tho they are the ones to declare the vehilcle salvage. Morning to change vehicle exactly the same vehicle make and model everything the same which was £5 to change and an admin fee of £50?
Find it absolutely ridiculous that even after having the stress of an accident they will still take money take take take do not open a policy with these they may be cheap but they have 2 other businesses involved summerset bridge and ax after the accident I had to bounce between the three absolute headache neither one of them knew anything of what the other was doing with the claim. The charming female I spoke to on the phone this morning assured me I could add a new vehicle to partners policy went through everything 3 times asked for payment then couldn’t use his card. And the attitude.. what type of insurance company doesn’t save quotes? Absolute headache from start to finish with this company. Never again”

“If you’re planning to sell your car during the policy period, I strongly advise against buying Goski P insurance. They will impose unexpected charges, applying maximum peak rates, and bombarding you with messages. I had a different insurance, and when I sold a car, I only had to pay for what I actually used. Goski P, however, kept quoting me random amounts. So, beware and plan accordingly”

“I tried to change my car insurance to a Wheelchair Accessible VW transporter but was refused due to my age, which is a spritely 76. So, 50+ of years clean driving with no points or accidents seems to stand for nothing. They still took still £75 cancellation fee even though they were unable to offer me a change of vehicle. Shame on you.”
