“I ordered a sachet nematodes from GN, fully aware that they needed to be kept at a cool temperature and applied soon after arrival. It was somewhat disapponting that they were ordered on a Friday and didn't arrive until the following Tuesday, despite specifically requesting delivery on the Monday.”

Hi Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that your order didn't arrive on the Monday as you had requested, and we understand why this was disappointing. To help ensure our nematodes arrive in the best possible condition, we do not dispatch them with Royal Mail over the weekend, as Royal Mail do not collect these parcels over the weekend. Instead, we dispatch them using Royal Mail's next working day service so they reach our customers as quickly as possible. Although the nematodes can safely remain in transit for up to four days, we aim for next working day delivery wherever possible. Unfortunately, while most parcels arrive the next working day, we are unable to guarantee Royal Mail's delivery times, and on this occasion your parcel was delivered on the Tuesday rather than the Monday you had requested. “So far so good! Fast delivery, easy to assemble, complete kit with instructions, Bokashi system going well so far - family haven't objected yet and so far very low effort on my part with the promise of soil improvement for up the allotment for free. No worse smells than the normal food bin and in fact better because in the heat wave the bokashi bins are sealed tight. Keeping my fingers crossed for a long term sustainable, circular solutions”

“The box-moth nematode had a 'best before' date the day after delivery. Not a problem with the first application but it meant that the second application was (I.a.w. the instructions) applied 7 days after the bb date.”

These bottle top sprinklers are designed to fit most bottles from 300ml to 3 litres, although bottle neck sizes can vary between manufacturers, so there are some exceptions.
