“Actually brilliant customer service which I can't say for many of these direct lenders. Didn't hound me just simply sorted the technical issue and funded in a timely manner. Also allows links to HMRC for official checks rather than just dismissing people with poor credit. Other direct lenders could learn a thing or two instead of using archaic systems with little human input.”

“I have used them a few times but was really disappointed over the weekend when they sent me a default notice, due to my payment being 24 hours late. Due to the bank holiday weekend, my wage didn’t go into my account until Saturday, but they needed their payment on Friday. The threats of impacting my credit score and the aggressiveness emails they send was so alarming that I decided to pay my loan in full 3 months early. Maybe ever to avoid them as I wouldn’t like to need their support if your financial circumstances change at any point.”
