“The delivery of my brisket was perfect, which gave me time to season it and leave overnight. The following day I was up early and started my smoker. Once it was at the correct temp I added the meat and slowly smoked this for the next 5-6 hours before wrapping it in butcher paper and adding it back to the smoker for a further 2 hours. Once it felt done, I removed it and let it sit for over an hour before serving. It was amazing!!

“Absolutely amazing! The first butcher I have found that actually understands the cut of brisket needed to replicate that authentic Texas BBQ. Slow roasted for 8 hours in the oven (I don’t have a smoker sadly) and it was so tender and juicy. I will definitely be ordering this again!”
