“Ordered a 4kg joint to make into the traditional South African snack, "biltong". It cost a little more than my local discount retailer, but as I bought it on offer, it was still cheaper than the more traditional high street retailers. Delivery was excellent. Delivered in 2 days and came beautifully packaged with plenty of non-messy ice packs to keep the meat fresh. The quality of the meat was superb, with a beautiful layer of fat and a real richness to the beef. The biltong came out perfectly and was one of my best batches yet. Highly recommend this butcher and I will be definitely buying from them again.”
