“Very disappointed with my experience using Wowcher. I purchased a K18 hair mask from a merchant called Rithu Beauty and the item never arrived despite the estimated delivery date passing. I contacted the merchant directly and received no response at all. After looking into the company further, I found many other reviews from customers reporting the same issue, which is concerning. Companies with this many complaints and allegations of non-delivery should not be allowed to continue selling through the platform without proper checks. I expected better customer protection from Wowcher and much better support when problems arise with sellers on their site.”
