“The rating is not for the product (which I have used before and it is fabulous) but for the purchase experience. It was purchased and redeemed as per the instructions however I did not receive the product or any contact once I had followed Wowcher instructions and contacted the retailer. I then contacted Wowcher who were happy to refund. Overall Wowcher experience was very good.”

“Sadly this was a scam and the product never arrived. Just read all the reviews of people who got scammed by this company Was incredibly difficult to make contact with woucher and then took them ages to refund me . Has put me off ever using Woucher again”

“Unfortunately ive had to give it one star as it never arrived. The latest I should have received it was 6th March, when it didnt arrive I emailed the merchant, who didnt bother to respond, infact by the 3rd attempt, id decided id had enough, so got in touch with wowcher, who after a couple of attempts offered my monet back.”
