“I have never received my order of the k18 hair mask , I emailed true company directly as advised on Wowcher , I have sent 2 emails now and have yet to receive a reply, I cannot find anywhere to claim my money back or to find any reason my delivery is late , very poor service I’d appreciate it if Wowcher could resolve this for me as ultimately it was yourselves i made the purchase from”

“I can’t leave a review of this product as I have not yet received it. I ordered the item on 23/04/2026 was told I would receive it on the 30/04/2026 and as of today 10/05/2026, I have not yet received it. I have emailed the company twice now and as yet I have not received anything back from them at all. Very poor service.”
