“Extremely disappointed with this experience. I still have not received my product, and despite trying to contact the distributor, Rithu Beauty, through emails and messages, I have received no response at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If the product cannot be delivered, at least a refund should be provided. Very upset with both Wowcher and the distributor for ignoring customers and not resolving the issue. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.”

“I have never received my order of the k18 hair mask , I emailed true company directly as advised on Wowcher , I have sent 2 emails now and have yet to receive a reply, I cannot find anywhere to claim my money back or to find any reason my delivery is late , very poor service I’d appreciate it if Wowcher could resolve this for me as ultimately it was yourselves i made the purchase from”
