“Basic and not very luxurious or relaxing Swimming pool cold and the whole place is tired and needs an update. Staff were all nice and food was nice, basic and not much options and no option of a cold soft drink. Wouldn’t return not much difference in a leisure centre not worth the money at all. Robes were hard and not soft and comfortable one didn’t even have a belt. Walking past the gym that was in use my members isn’t ideal either and no one at spa reception to help with any additional bookings or purchases”

“My friend and I booked this and went to the Bannatyne spa in Wakefield. The staff were very friendly and helpful right from the reception staff at tge gym to the spa staff. It’s a lovely place to spend a day.”

“Good value, back massage was amazing, facilities are good as can use the golf course and tennis course as well as the spa and gym. Lunch is only a light bite like a toastie or small jacket potato but to be expected as included. Big downside if the strange rule of no phones, kindles etc at the spa facilities, I get phones maybe but kindles to read etc is disappointing and we would have stayed longer probably if I could have read, strange rule when people were wearing smart watches with glass screens so didn’t make sense, probably won’t return to this chain of spas because of this as others I’ve been to don’t have this rule.”

“Can not fault the spa day , on arrival the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Food in the cafe was lovely and spot on. Treatment very relaxing Overall the spa day was great day and will definitely be back”
