“The pool had an aerobics class going on when we arrived So we couldn’t use the pool for ages. We couldn’t get in to the sauna or steam room as they were rammed full the whole time. We managed to get in one at a time so not very couple friendly. I wanted to book our treatments together but wasn’t possible so we had to wait around for each other. The lunch was a sandwich or jacket potato (I would have liked to see the lunch menu before booking). The only nice part was the treatments done by a lovely lady called Sydney who helped me relax. I wouldn’t book again. Very disappointed.”

“Massage was lovely however the Wowcher we paid for was meant to be for 30 mins, we only got 20 mins. Lunch was advertised as for 2 with a bottle of Prosecco to share, we were informed that only 1 of us could have a glass of Prosecco. We also never received the voucher advertised. Quite disappointing”

“No lunch available due to “short staffing” no one told us this when I booked in person on Wednesday, when we arrived on Sunday or when we got a confirmation email. We only discovered when we tried to order. No suitable recompense was offered. We’ were lied to repeatedly until we deal with mangeress Clare. Today we have not been offered any money back, only the chance to repeat what should have been a special day with a lunch only package. We had treatments today but cut short our visit and we were hungry. In this case two half days do not equal a whole. I hope you can address this please.”

“Though the facilities are looking somewhat tired we have a lovely day at Bannatyne Spa Norwich. The staff were all lovely, lunch was was simple but tasty. The treatments were very relaxing and I was especially pleased with my facial. We would definitely recommend.”
