“The spa massage was very night but on a regular pool jacuzzi and steam room next to the pool in black pool not what I expected from the picture nice food with small bottle of Prosecco”

“Booked wrong voucher so had to upgrade to premium voucher. Not only was there an increase in price because it was premium, totally acceptable, but I lost half the value of the standard voucher £50 because I had so much hassle, various calls, messages etc. That it took me over 28 days, not my fault but woucher are refusing to pay me back for the loss I incurred because of their very poor system. So a spa day for 2 bought as a gift cost me £180 in the end. Total rip off”

“Sadly we had a call to say that due to staff shortage we could no longer have our treatments which was a shame, however due to already planning childcare etc we were told we could still come and use the facilities and postpone our treatments to a later date. We got an extra bonus day so not too much bother …:”
