“Great deal for the price. But some of the staff at the chaford hundred branch wasn't exactly great. My partner and her group was met on their treatment with someone with a bit of an attitude problem then on the other hand come back like she couldn't be more helpful. But apart from that the group had a lovely day relaxing”

“I attended the Tamworth branch today with my sister for her birthday treat. Was a little disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't as warm as expected, you had to keep swimming to stay warm/comfortable. One juquzzi wasn't as warm as the other, although they are both on the small size. Nice and clean changing rooms for the ladies. Enjoyed a lovely BNS massage, although I now wish I'd booked for a full body massage, but still enjoyed the day in Tamworth, massive thanks to all the staff who are lovely and helpful on the day!”

“How people call this a spa is beyond belief. It’s a gym! There is no relaxing by the pool… 4 loungers only and of course full with kids and gym goers. We had a swim, went in the sauna, and left. If you want a expensive day pass for a gym it’s fine, if your after an actual spa to unwind and relax, please don’t”

“Bannatyne newcraighall is a great facility clean pool 3different jacussi options, 2 saunas a steam room and a relax room. The gym is also very well equipped. I would have given them 5* if they had not made a mess of our lunch order and given us a hot drink instead of prosecco. When we found out we were no longer allowed the prosecco we offered to pay for the tea and coffee so we could have our prosecco but they said it had been put through the till and there was nothing to be done!!! We had been led to believe that hot drinks were part of the package we certainly would not have chosen them instead. The spa treatment was somewhat short at 17 minutes.”
