“We had a wonderful afternoon for our anniversary. Spa was clean and tidy, pool was lovely and refreshing. Lunch was served I. The woodlands and they were happy to change our reservation time. Overall a very good experience.”

“From entry to exit everything was superb, the staff were professional , helpful, kind and all smiling. The lunch we had was excellent and served with a smile. The massage was extremely good and the therapist explained everything she was doing. Everywhere was clean and tidy. I will definitely be returning.”

“I was not satisfied this time in Bannatyne because in my voucher booking confirmation message was said that my treatment will start at 10:00 am and on my way to the spa a lady call me saying that my treatment was cancelled because on their system it was saying 09:30. I was very disappointed.”

“Food was awful. The menu was so small. Really not worth the price, especially when it was a premium location. A bacon roll for a premium location lunch? Not to mention the bacon was burnt to crisp and I couldn’t eat it.”
