“The massage was very good & so was the lunch. Unfortunately, when we were there, there was a very noisy aqua aerobics session in the pool which wasn't very condusive to relaxing. The towelling robes were quite small and didn't feel very comfortable. Otherwise, we had a nice time.”

“My treatment was great, Hannah was superb. Unfortunately my husband wasn’t quite so lucky not happy with his. The building was very tired looking. Could do with re decorating, dated and shabby looking. Not much variety for food jacket potato was the most extravagant.. Would not book a spa day there again (Cardiff) not worth the money. Staff were great, not the usual spa experience , was poor.”

“Great deal for the price. But some of the staff at the chaford hundred branch wasn't exactly great. My partner and her group was met on their treatment with someone with a bit of an attitude problem then on the other hand come back like she couldn't be more helpful. But apart from that the group had a lovely day relaxing”

“I attended the Tamworth branch today with my sister for her birthday treat. Was a little disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't as warm as expected, you had to keep swimming to stay warm/comfortable. One juquzzi wasn't as warm as the other, although they are both on the small size. Nice and clean changing rooms for the ladies. Enjoyed a lovely BNS massage, although I now wish I'd booked for a full body massage, but still enjoyed the day in Tamworth, massive thanks to all the staff who are lovely and helpful on the day!”

“How people call this a spa is beyond belief. It’s a gym! There is no relaxing by the pool… 4 loungers only and of course full with kids and gym goers. We had a swim, went in the sauna, and left. If you want a expensive day pass for a gym it’s fine, if your after an actual spa to unwind and relax, please don’t”
